Fr Dr Mathew Thengumpally CMI, our esteemed Principal, has been awarded the prestigious Derozio Award for Education and Human Enrichment 2024, instituted by the CISCE, New Delhi. Staff and students congratulated him on this well-deserved recognition, celebrating his outstanding leadership and steady commitment to education.

Christ-Ann24 was celebrated with great pomp and show on 6th December 2024 at Christ Nagar Higher Secondary School, Kowdiar. The Chief Guest, Smt. Anu Kumari IAS, District Collector of Trivandrum, addressed the gathering on the pressing issue of Brain Rot among todays youth. Rev. Fr. Dr. Sebastian Attichira CMI, the Guest of Honour, delivered the Christmas message, emphasizing the value of family and urging everyone to set aside their devices on Christmas Day to spend quality time with loved ones. Outstanding academic performers of the year were also awarded during the ceremony, in recognition of their hard work and dedication. The event continued with a Theatrical Extravaganza celebrating the accomplishments of the academic year.

Christ Nagar Higher Secondary School, in collaboration with the Sree Chithra Thirunal Institute, hosted a blood donation camp on 16th November 2024. Parents and teachers donated their blood in all good will.

The Kuttykoders Boot Camp, organized by the Department of Computer Science at Christ Nagar School on 23rd and 24th November 2024, offered students an engaging introduction to coding. Guided by the Chief Guest Mr. Mohammed Faraz, students explored platforms like Blocky Games, created movies, built web pages using HTML, and practised Python coding on Snakify and Programiz. The camp opened a new world of fun and educational experience, inspiring students to delve into the world of programming.

Much verve was witnessed on this day, 7th November 2024.The welcome address by our beloved Principal encouraged young athletes to participate in sportsmanship. The performance of our toddlers spoke volumes of their potential in sports and games.
